Return Policy

Our success is based on your satisfaction in both the products you buy and with our company’s integrity and professionalism.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it's defective upon arrival, you may return the merchandise in its original unused condition for an exchange or refund, for a period of thirty (30) days after the date you received your products. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special orders or custom made items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

All returned items must be in new re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for returning the products in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Please properly package and insure the items before returning to reduce the possibility of damage during return shipping.

Returns can not be made without an RMA # authorized by Advanced Systems Inc.

Products are to be returned, freight pre paid by the customer along with the rma# and your invoice.

Defective products may be returned within 30 days on most items, after 30 days the manufacturers warranty applies. Any free freight items returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.

All used items returned will not be credited nor will we refund money.
