INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL
There will be restocking fee’s for Calcana’s plus the cost for shipping both ways. Heater(s) must be in original box and on crate.
Restocking fee may apply on some other products.

At GasOutdoorPatioHeaters.com, we want every purchase to meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. We gladly accept returns of unused equipment in its original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping), provided the following conditions are met:
📦 Return Eligibility
- Offer valid within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer must contact us to request a return authorization before sending back any item.
- Items must be in NEW, unused, and uninstalled condition, free of scratches, dents, or other damage.
- Products must be returned in the original box, which must be in resalable condition (no rips, holes, or excessive tape).
- All Final Sale and Custom products are non-returnable — no exceptions.
🚚 Shipping & Fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping/freight and original outbound shipping charges.
- A 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
- If the product is damaged during return shipping, no refund will be issued.

Warranty Policy
GasOutdoorPatioHeaters.com is an authorized dealer and distributor for most of our on-line products, and we will gladly assist you with any warranty claims. We are not the manufacturer and are restricted to those policies set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Most warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of preventative maintenance, improper installation, or other user-induced problems. All of are products are factory tested prior to shipping. We will warranty, replace, or repair all products as per manufacturer’s warranty policy. We are customer service professionals and are happy to assist you with trouble-shooting performance and operating problems. In most cases, we are able to diagnose installation or connection-related issues by telephone, saving you needless expenses and delays.
Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise noted, total does not include shipping and handling rates. It will be calculated after checkout and you will be contacted by our customer support team before your order is finalized.
